Thank you for using Yamato Transport's services.

Effective from Thursday, June 1, 2023, when a package is forwarded to an address other than the one indicated on the invoice, the fee (List Price/Cash on Delivery) from the delivery address stated on the invoice to the new delivery address will be collected.
Also, as of Wednesday, May 31, 2023, we will no longer accept new applications for the “TA-Q-BIN New Address Forwarding Service” and Nekopos forwarding requests.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your continued patronage.

Notice

1. Acceptance of Fee (List Price/Cash on Delivery) Due to a Change of Delivery Address (Forwarding)
(1) Date of application
From Thursday, June 1, 2023
* We will make the change (forwarding) the package after obtaining the consent of the customer receiving the package.

(2) Target Products
TA-Q-BIN, TA-Q-BIN Compact, EAZY, International TA-Q-BIN
* Forwarding is not possible if the requester specifies that forwarding is not required or prohibited.
* As of Wednesday, May 31, 2023, we will no longer accept requests to forward Nekopos.

(3) Fees and payment methods
Fee from the shipping address on the invoice to the new delivery address (List Price/Cash on Delivery)
* Payment is made by the customer who receives the package because it is "payment on delivery"

・For TA-Q-BIN, EAZY, and International TA-Q-BIN -> the “TA-Q-BIN” fees will be applied.
・For "TA-Q-BIN Compact" -> "TA-Q-BIN Compact" fees will be applied.
(Example) When forwarding a parcel of 60 size from Osaka Prefecture to Aichi Prefecture with the delivery address on the invoice of Osaka
　　　　　940 yen (Departure: Osaka, Arrival: Aichi, Parcel 60 size)

2. Termination of Acceptance of New Applications for the “TA-Q-BIN New Address Forwarding Service”
(1) Closing date for acceptance
WEB: By application on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 12:00 AM
In writing: By Wednesday, May 31, 2023
* Customers who move after Saturday, July 1, 2023 will not be able to apply.
* Certain procedures are required to apply for the service.

(2) Service End Date
One year from service start date

This service automatically transfers packages addressed to your old address to your new address (domestic) upon moving.
Following application, forwarding will continue for one year from the moving date.
